Regarding Retown’s operations; as the coronavirus situation rapidly develops, we wanted to provide you with several updates including that our Retown Team will be working from home beginning Tuesday, March 17, 2020.  Through the Servcorp Interconnected Global Network, all Retown calls will continue to be answered by our virtual US receptionist who will answer and transfer your calls according to your standard instructions.  A Retown team member will visit the office twice per week to sort/forward mail and sanitize common areas.  In order to allow for social distancing, in-person mail retrieval is suspended.  We are adhering to good common-sense sanitary and health practices to help prevent the spread of viruses include:

  1. Avoid close contact with people who are sick
  2. Stay home when you are sick
  3. Cover your mouth and nose when coughing or sneezing
  4. Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds
  5. Avoid touching your eyes, nose or mouth with unwashed hands
